Terms & Conditions

Prepayment Prepayment policies vary according to apartment type and rate plan you have booked. Cancellations Please note, if cancelled, modified or a case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Pandemic Influenza Policy Due to the current pandemic, COVID-19, we have implemented strict cleaning and social distancing policy in all areas. To ensure the safety of our guests and staff please follow the signage on display throughout the building. Refundable Damage Deposit A damage deposit of £150 is required on check in for two guests. £50 per head for numbers over two. The deposit is refunded after checkout as long as there has been no damage to the property and the terms and conditions signed on arrival have not been breached. We do not accept cash deposits under any circumstances. If you have booked to stay and do not have an acceptable card for the damage deposit, you will still be charged for your reservation. Guest Identification Please note that at least 50% of guests in one apartment must be 21 years and over. The lead booker is required to show photo identification and credit card upon check-in. All other guests in the apartments are to give their names in line with the fire policy. Due to government restrictions we make it clear that all apartments should only accommodate direct members of your household and essential workers, such as builders for construction or manufacturing personnel, NHS staff or emergency services. If accommodation is abused and social distancing is not adhered to, then full security deposit will be retained and we will ban you from any other future bookings with Town Hotels. We must ensure the safety of our guests and the building. Any guests who are not listed upon check in and have stayed in the apartment or been on site without permission, we will charge your full deposit. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Check In and Out Our reception is located next to our Chavasse Apartments building on Lydia Ann Street, L1 5BW. Our reception is open between 9am – 5pm, guests are able to check in from 3pm. We have an emergency out of hours team who will assist you if required. Late Check Out We do not offer complimentary late check out and require any late checkout requests to be paid in advance. Late checkout of the apartments is chargeable at £20 per hour for singles and couples and £40.00 per hour for groups of 3 or more, after 10am on the day of departure. If this is not requested/paid on arrival the charge will be deducted from the security deposit. Electronic Key Entry We have electronic locks to the apartments that we will issue a maximum of 1 entry key card for the double or twin-bedded apartments and 2 cards for the apartments that sleep 6 or more persons. Lost cards will be charges at £5.00 each. Please note if out of hours staff are required for lost keys, further charges will incur. Noise Pollution Policy This property is situated in a residential area and we operate a strict no noise pollution policy, outside of the apartment walls. Any breaking of the house rules or noise complaints can result in additional charges being made or security deposit being retained. Smoking and Illegal Activity Our Hotels are strictly non-smoking. Any guests who are found to be smoking, or any evidence of smoking, in the apartments will result in the security deposit being retained. We do not tolerate any kind of illegal activity, including the use of drugs and other substances on our property. This also includes the use of Nitrous Oxide canisters, these are illegal under the Psychoactive Substances Act of 2016. If we find any indication of this kind of activity you will be removed from the premises. The full security deposit will be retained and the police will be contacted. Extra Guests CCTV 24hr Monitoring with Voice activation If any extra guest are found in the apartments other than the number that have booked and paid to stay then the full amount of the security deposit will be retained. CCTV & 24hr security We have 24hr security and during the hours of 10pm to 7am we have hourly security check to all the apartments. CCTV is activated on movement and cover the main door and corridors to the apartments. Complaints procedure for adjoining occupiers Chavasse Apartments reception is manned 24 hours a day with our mobile security unit on duty from 10pm to 8am. TO BE CLEAR: DO NOT ALLOW OTHERS TO VISIT YOU WHILE IN THE APARTMENTS IF PERSONS ARE VISITING THEN MEET THEM OUTSIDE OF THE APARTMENTS AND DO NOT ALLOW THEM THE CODE TO THE APARTMENTS TO SELF ENTER FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE RULES WILL RESULT IN FORFEIT OF THE SECURITY DEPOSIT IN FULL AND YOU WILL BE BARRED FROM BOOKING THESE APARTMENTS IN THE FUTURE
