Our terms of business are:- Charges are applicable if the Guest makes any damage to any part of the accommodation in which they have occupied. This includes communal areas within the property. PLEASE NOTE: We are a pet friendly accommodation provider but we have a standard set charge of £20 per night per pet for all guests. This charge for pet/s is to be settled upon Check-In for all guests. Please take time to understand our cancellation policy which is strictly applied in all circumstances, including adverse weather conditions. We advise you to take out suitable personal travel insurance to cover you for any cancellation charges incurred.
