Cancellation Policy

In the event of non-arrival or late cancellation you will be liable for the full room charge. Flexible rates can cancel free of charge up to the day prior by midday. Prepaid rates are non cancellable and if cancelled prepayment is lost. Cancellations must be made by email. We reserve the right to amend or alter our hotel rates.
