General Policy Credit/Debit card details are required to confirm your reservation. If advance purchase is chosen on bed and breakfast or room only rates, then payment is taken immediately and is non refundable, however it is transferable. No refund will be issued on a cancelled booking. If free cancellation rate is selected, then payment is due upon arrival at the hotel or earlier.
