Cancellation Policy

In case of unforeseen circumstances that may result in the need to cancel your trip, we highly recommend our guests to obtain a personal travel insurance. Cancellation policy; (excludes Deposit Policy which is non refundable) In the event of cancellation five days or fewer before your scheduled arrival (120 hours) the full charge of your accommodation shall be chargeable at the confirmed rate stated in the reservation confirmation. For group reservations of five bedrooms or more, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of your accommodation charge if cancelled 28 days or fewer before your scheduled arrival. Advance Non Refundable Purchase Rates - A full, non-refundable prepayment is required at booking. No date changes will be permitted and no refunds will be issued for cancelled reservations, no-shows or early departures. Christmas and New Years' Eve Package dates will be subject to a 30 day cancellation policy requirement (Please note this notice period excludes Deposit Policy which remains non refundable) Guests who simply do not arrive or depart prior to their confirmed departure date will have the full accommodation charge billed to the Credit/Debit Card used to secure the reservation. Third party website bookings are chargeable at time of booking and are non refundable in case of cancellation. Date changes are also not permitted
