The Hoste is only a couple of miles from the spectacular North Norfolk coastline, designated an area of outstanding natural beauty. The Hoste strikes the perfect balance between timeless elegance and modern features to provide our guests with a truly relaxing and peaceful stay. Accommodation consists of individually designed bedrooms, with beautiful bathrooms, all decorated and equipped to the highest standards. Every room in our hotel is well-equipped to provide you with your own beautiful space where you can rest and feel completely comfortable. When you stay in any of our accommodations, you will want to stay longer, or visit again the next time you’re in North Norfolk. Please note the Vine House is located 2 minutes walk from The Hoste and is restricted to adults only and is completely Pet Free. Payments; The Hoste reserves the right to charge the nominated Credit/Debit Card submitted as a guarantee within five days of arrival. Deposit Policy for Direct Bookings: : A 25% non-refundable deposit will be charged at time of booking. Please note: The Hoste is now CASH FREE - All forms of card payments are accepted. Early Bird - Advance Non Refundable Purchase Rates: A full, non-refundable prepayment is required at booking. No date changes will be permitted and no refunds will be issued for cancelled reservations, no-shows or early departures. Deposit Policy for Third Party Website Bookings: Please note that reservations made through a 3rd Party Website will be charged in full at time of booking and will be non refundable in case of cancellation. Date changes are also not permitted. Child Extra beds; (Age 2 to 15 years old )Any additional beds will be chargeable at £50 per bed per night Adult Sofa beds; (age 16 and above) Any additional beds will be chargeable at £60.00 per sofa night. Baby cots are chargeable at £15.00 inc VAT per cot per night. (All subject to availability) Family Pets; The Hoste prides itself in being incredibly dog friendly, we do have pet friendly allocated rooms, details available on request. Dogs are charged at £25 per night per dog. Pet owners are responsible for any damages to guest’s rooms or public areas or noise disruption to other guests during their stay and will be charged for any refunds or damage. An additional nights room charge will be applied should additional deep cleaning of your room be required. The Hotel reserves the right to apply damage costs in the event of necessary deep cleaning, replacements, missing appliances or repairs of damage to the room after you have vacated. Dinner Bed and Breakfast Packages * Includes and a Three Course Dinner per adult (1 x Starter 1x Main and 1x Dessert) - Children will be charged as taken; Drinks are not included; Supplements may apply for selected dishes; Extra sides and courses will be charged extra Check-in; Guests check-in is from 16:00hrs (1 pm Early Check In option available - Extra charges will apply) Check-out; Guests check-out is latest 11:00hrs (1 pm Late Check Out option available - Extra charges will apply) We very much look forward to welcoming you to The Hoste, whilst we are unable to guarantee specific rooms, we do endeavor to meet individual requirements wherever possible. Guest Parking; The Hoste and The Vine House provides complimentary car parking for all guests - As we operate on a “first come first served” basis, we do not reserve or hold car parking spaces. Non-smoking policy; The Hoste operates a non-smoking policy in all of its properties within Burnham Market. Fire Safety: Please let us know in advance if you may require assistance in case of emergency evacuation, so that we can make necessary arrangements for the duration of your stay, including completing personal evacuation plan at the time of your check-in. Restaurant reservations; Advance reservations are essential. The Hoste gym; For those guests that wish to maintain their fitness levels during their stay, please do bring your exercise wear as we have a designated residents only gym here at The Hoste fitted with a range of machines including a cross trainer, running machine, exercise bike and a selection of free weights. Open from 07:00 hrs until 22:00 hrs. The Hoste Beauty; The Hoste provides both residents and non-residents with a tranquil and relaxing environment offering an array of treatments. Designed to the highest standards, the cinema provides state-of-the-art surround sound system with relaxed comfortable seating and plush carpets. The cinema hosts daily films including classic originals. It is perfect for residents, corporate presentations, launches and film nights. Food is not permitted in the cinema. Pets also not permitted. The Hoste bikes; We have bikes which can be used by residents to explore Burnham Market and the surrounding areas. Please enquire at Reception for availability. Private events; The Hoste have a number of private dining areas that can be used exclusively by both residents and non-residents. Our events team would be delighted to discuss your private dining event (e.g. family anniversaries, weddings, birthday parties). Seasonal events; The Hoste create a wide range of special events and experiential days throughout the year.
