Cancellation Policy

We operate a 28-day Cancellation Policy. In the event of a cancellation out with the 28 days the pre-payment will be refunded less an administration fee of £30 per booking. In the event of a cancellation within the 28 days the full payment will not be refunded unless the room is re-let to another guest. If the room is re-let the full payment will be refunded less an administration fee of £30 per booking.
