Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours prior to arrival day - no charge.* Cancellations made 48 -24hrs prior to arrival day - full charge for first night will be taken.* Cancellations within 24hrs - full charge for stay will be taken.* * For group bookings (5 to 10) a 50% deposit is required upon booking and 2 weeks advance notice must be given or full charge for the booking will be taken. * For group bookings (over 10 rooms) a 50% deposit it required upon booking and 4 weeks advance notice must be given or full charge for the booking will be taken. * Bookings for Christmas and New Year require a £150 or £250 non-refundable deposit, this is due at the time of booking and the balance to be paid by 1st December. Bookings cancelled two weeks prior to the arrival date will be refunded with the exception of the deposit. We strongly advise that guests have in place, appropriate holiday insurance cover in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
