Cancellation Policy

The guest can cancel free of charge until 1 day before arrival with the exception of 31 December where the guest may cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. If a cancellation is made after this time or you fail to arrive, the first night's accommodation will be charged to the payment card number given at the time of booking. No prepayment is required. GROUP BOOKINGS OF MORE THAN 4 ROOMS WILL HAVE INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATION POLICY.
