ADVANCE PAYMENT RATE. (ADV) Full payment will be taken at time of booking. This rate is non-refundable and non-transferable, PAY ON ARRIVAL RATE. (POA) Free cancellation if cancelled before 3 pm 48 hours prior to date of arrival. In event of a late cancelation within 48hours but more than 24hours of arrival date - One night stay will be charged In event of a late cancellation within 24 hours of arrival date - Two nights stay will be charged In event of a no-show with no contact from guest - Full payment for stay will be charged
