Cancellation Policy

May I take this opportunity to draw your attention to our cancellation policy? Please note that a reservation is a legally binding contract and we urge you to take out travel insurance when you book. In the event of a cancellation, we require 7 working days’ notice of arrival, any cancellation made after this period will be charged the total cost of the room in full. If we re-sell the room, we will refund the deposit paid at the time of booking. All cancellations must be in writing either by email or letter (recorded delivery). We shall confirm with you once we have received the cancellation. We do not accept cancellations by telephone.
