Online Booking Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions detailed below apply to all online bookings at www.arrowmill.com . Please note that for promotional bookings the relevant terms and conditions should be consulted.
When you make a booking, your contract (which shall include these terms and conditions) will be with Arrow Mill Hotel Limited, (referred to in these terms and conditions as "Arrow Mill").
Dinner reservations cannot be guaranteed on line. If your booking includes dinner, please contact the hotel direct to make your reservation. Please note that the price being offered currently cannot be guaranteed should you not complete your booking at this stage.
All rates featured on the Arrow Mill Website are offered subject to availability and Arrow Mill reserves the right to refuse any booking for good reason.
Arrow Mill offers a choice of room only, bed & breakfast or dinner, bed and breakfast rates. All prices are subject to availability and Arrow Mill reserves the right to refuse any booking for any reason.
We offer a full range of packages and pricing, as detailed below. Our packages and pricing will fluctuate depending on availability and demand at any given time. All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are subject to availability and are inclusive of VAT at the current prevailing rate. Your price is guaranteed once you have been given a confirmation number.
For the avoidance of doubt, your price does not include any incidental charges which you may incur during your stay (including, by way of example only, in respect of your use of the hotel's bar and the costs of external telephone calls from your room). Such charges will be payable by you on your departure and, in the event that you fail to pay any such incidental charges, it is a condition of your contract with Arrow Mill that you irrevocably authorise Arrow Mill Hotel to debit your credit or debit card (see 'Deposits and Pre-payments' below) for the amount of any shortfall.
WHAT THE PRICE INCLUDES
Prices for breaks include twin or double bedrooms (single room for single guests) with colour TV and private en-suite bathroom. Our bed & breakfast and dinner, bed & breakfast inclusive rates incorporate a saving on our standard hotel prices.
During major sporting events, social events, conference and exhibitions certain rates may not be available. Certain dates may be subject to a minimum length of stay. All rates are subject to availability.
EXECUTIVE & FEATURE ROOMS
Executive, Feature, Four Poster Rooms and Suites may be available at a supplement per night. Generally these rooms offer more space and superior amenities and toiletries. Family rooms may be available. Please ask for details at time of booking.
Individual guests using a single room (where available) may benefit from a reduced rate. When no single room is available, individual guests may book a double or twin room for sole occupancy. These rooms may carry a supplement. Please ask at time of booking.
Children under the age of twelve are charged at £15.00 for an extra bed in a family room when sharing a room with two paying adults. Availability of suitable rooms is limited and portable beds may need to be used where such accommodation is sought. Arrow Mill will determine whether a room is suitable for the purpose of this offer. Children staying in their own room will be charged 100% of the full adult rate paid by the accompanying adults.
GUESTS WITH IMPAIRED MOBILITY
Arrow Mill, whilst not having special facilities, has mainly level access to public areas and accessible bathrooms. Guests with impaired mobility or other particular requirements should check with in advance that their requirements can be met. Please call the hotel direct for details. Arrow Mill has no ground floor guest rooms nor does it have an elevator.
We are pet friendly and well behaved dogs stay free of charge.

CHECKING IN AND OUT
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Hotel rooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure, unless otherwise sanctioned at the discretion of the hotel. Should you depart with a hotel room key, a charge of £25.00 will be made to your credit/debit card. This will be refunded on the return of the key.
Rates which include breakfast offer a full traditional or continental breakfast with tea or coffee, unless stated otherwise. Rates which include dinner offer a choice from the hotel's table d'hôte or à la carte menu. There is no refund for meals which are not taken by guests and lunch cannot be taken in place of dinner.

If you make a booking through our website or direct with Arrow Mill, you will be asked to guarantee your booking with a valid debit/credit card and you may be asked for a deposit for certain events and functions. rates.
DEPOSITS AND PRE-PAYMENTS
Payment will be taken in accordance with the terms & conditions of the rate booked. In the event of cancellation, payment will be taken in accordance with our cancellation terms. See under Cancellations and Amendments for details on cancellations. A credit card number will be required to guarantee the booking.
BALANCE OF MONIES OUTSTANDING
Prior to your departure from the hotel you will be required to settle your bill. On arrival you will be asked to produce a valid credit card for the hotel to take pre-authorisation. If you are settling your account in cash or with a debit card, you will be asked for a deposit to cover the cost of your room for your stay (any extras which you may incur in the hotel will not be chargeable to your room account). Arrow Mill accepts all major credit cards, including MasterCard and Visa and reluctantly, American Express. Alternatively, payment can be made by bank transfer in advance.
Arrow Mill gift vouchers should be presented on check-in and advised when making reservation.
CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS
Credit card transactions completed at the hotel will have an administration surcharge of £2.00 added to the total bill.
CANCELLATION & AMENDMENTS
If you need to cancel or change your booking, please do so within 72 hours of the day you are due to arrive. If you make your cancellation after this time, you will be charged for one night's accommodation.
When you cancel your booking, we will give you a cancellation reference number. Please make a note of this number for proof of your cancellation to ensure minimum charges are levied. Whilst every effort is made to fulfil any particular requests which you may make in relation to your stay with us, please note that these requests do not form part of our contract and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet any particular requests.
In the unlikely event that we have to change or cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to do so. However, you have the right to:
• accept the changed arrangements as notified; or
• cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of any monies which you have paid to Arrow Mill in respect of your reservation (please note that we shall not be liable for any sums which you have paid to any other persons in connection with your reservation).
For the avoidance of doubt, we shall have no further liability to you for any changes to or the cancellation of any reservation.
COMPLAINTS OR COMMENTS
Any complaint or comment regarding a stay at our hotel should be made in the first instance to the hotel's duty manager at the time of your stay so that it can be resolved at the time.
Problems which cannot be resolved there and then should be notified in writing to Arrow Mill, Arrow, Warwickshire, B49 5NL.
Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained on our website and promotional literature, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions, and reserve the right to vary, amend, supplement or cancel any of the information or offers featured at any time.
All details are correct at time of going to print, however may be subject to change from time to time.
Arrow Mill shall not be responsible for any loss or damage which you may suffer arising out of events beyond its control or the control of its suppliers (including, without limitation, fire, failure of electrical, gas or other power supplies, strikes, industrial action, terrorist activity, technical problems with transport, illness of entertainers and bad weather), nor for any curtailment, cancellation or change to any accommodation, activity or itinerary or any other consequences which arise as a result of such events.
For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these terms and conditions shall operate to attempt to exclude or limit Arrow Mills’ liability for the death or personal injury of any person caused by the negligence of Arrow Mill or its employees, servants or agents or to attempt to exclude or limit Arrow Mills’ liability in any manner which would be unlawful.
These terms and conditions shall be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in England.
