The Ashburnham Hotel accepts payment by cash, credit/debit card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Electron), Business Account, business cheque and Leisure. We no longer accept personal cheques. The Ashburnham Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise guest credit/debit cards at the time of check-in. Customers paying with cash are required to provide a valid credit/debit card for pre-authorisation purposes. Identification must also be available on check-in. Acceptable forms of ID are: current driving licence, ID card, passport, utility bill/bank statement (with address) or police warrant card. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ASHBURNHAM HOTEL IS A POPULAR WEDDING VENUE ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHTS. WHICH CAN BE DISRUPTIVE TO OTHER RESIDENTS. BE ADVISED TO CALL AHEAD BEFORE BOOKING Room prices Room prices are per room, per night on a room only rate and are inclusive of VAT. The Ashburnham Hotel reserves the right to review its room prices from time to time. You will pay the room price as quoted at the point of room reservation. Note that quoted room prices at The Ashburnham Hotel may change up to the date of your arrival. The Ashburnham Hotel may charge a supplement during key events and periods of high demand. Please let Ashburnham Hotel know if you are likely to arrive after 11pm. Your room must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. Failure to leave your room by this time will result in a late check out charge. 6. Particular requirements Family room offer accommodation for two adults and one child aged 10 and under (and a child under 2 years in a cot), or a maximum of 2 adults. The Ashburnham Hotel can provide cots at an extra charge. All of our hotel operates a 100% no smoking policy throughout. Smoking in a bedroom will result in a £100 fine. Although The Ashburnham Hotel will make every possible effort to accommodate your personal requirements, all rooms are subject to availability. We apologise in advance if your particular requests cannot be met. Breakfast Breakfast is served in the restaurant between 7 am and 9 am every day. With the exception of assistance dogs, no pets are allowed in The Ashburnham Hotel. Electrical appliances, such as toasters, mini cookers and portable grills, may not be used in the rooms as they may set off the sensitive fire alarm system. Reservations for rooms must not, under any circumstances, be sold or otherwise transferred to a third party unless otherwise mentioned.
