Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions for Barbican House Cancellation and Insurance: Once you have booked your stay our agreement is a legal contract. If you need to cancel (Excluding Non-refundable booking) please contact us immediately. For cancellations made up to 7 full days before your booking you will not be liable. For cancellations made after this time or by failing to take up the booking without cancelling you will be liable for the total amount this will be charged to your debit/credit card, we do try to be reasonable with cancellations. Breakage and Damages We reserve the right to charge your Debit/credit card for any breakage or damage to Barbican House and its contents, we do not usually charge for small breakages. Barbican House is a totally non smoking establishment, smoking in any room in Barbican House will incur a minimum 175GBP charge to your debit/credit card.
