Terms and Conditions for Barbican House Payment due on arrival (preferred BACS) unless advance purchase. Payment due immediately for Advance Purchases. Check in times are from 3pm to 7pm for Barbican House. Check out time is by 10:30am. Please email your estimated arrival time at Barbican House. You are welcome to arrive before 3pm to leave your luggage, in some situations we may be able to have your room available by 2pm. We have free private parking for 5 to 6 cars, any overflow we park on a free quiet cul-de-sac next to our car park. Barbican House and is a totally smoke free environment. Children over 10 years old are welcome, only two people maximum in our rooms. Cancellation and Insurance: Once you have booked your stay our agreement is a legal contract. If you need to cancel please contact us immediately. For cancellations (Excluding Non-refundable booking) made up to full 7 days before your booking you will not be liable. For cancellations made after this time or by failing to take up the booking without cancelling you will be liable for the total amount this will be charged to your debit/credit card, we try to be reasonable with cancellations. Breakage and Damages We reserve the right to charge your Debit/credit card for any breakage or damage to Barbican House and its contents, we do not usually charge for small breakages. Barbican House is a totally non smoking establishment, smoking in any room in Barbican House will incur a minimum 175GBP charge to your debit/credit card.
