Keeping you safe and comfortable At The Castle Inn we’ve always placed the highest emphasis on the safety and wellbeing of our guests with exacting standards of cleanliness and hygiene. With the risks associated with COVID-19, and in keeping with WHO and UK Government guidelines, we have implemented a number of additional measures. Lost Keys and Damage Please note that any lost or non-returned keys will incur a charge of £60.00 to cover the cost of the locks being changed and new security keys being cut. Damaged or stolen furniture, trinkets, or other sundries in rooms or damage to the room itself will incur charges commensurate with quotes provided to us by our facilities management company to make good the room for future guests. Any charges will be processed to the card entered at the time of making the booking or to another card if added to the file at check in. 2. Sundries added to the room Upon check in, a debit or credit card may be requested in order to have items transferred to your room if you plan to eat/drink with us. Any food, drink or other items added to the room are chargeable upon checkout. Payment can be taken using a card of your choice or cash in person.
