Cancellation Policy

Bookings on our “Flexible” rates can be cancelled by midday two days prior to arrival – with no charge. Rooms cancelled after this time will be subject to a charge of the full amount. In the event of non-arrival, the full stay will be charged. Five or more room bookings for the same booker will be treated as a group booking whereby separate terms and conditions apply.
