Cancellations & Amendments Non-refundable The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel or amend a booking at any time. The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation at any time. Flexible - 3 days The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 3 days before arrival. The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation in the 3 days before arrival. You can cancel or amend your booking up until 3pm, 3 days before your arrival date with no charge. If you wish to cancel or amend your booking after 3pm 3 days before your arrival the full amount of your stay will be charged. The full amount of your stay will also be chargeable for any no shows. Please check to make sure you have received a confirmation email and that your confirmation email does not contain any errors as we will not be held responsible for any errors and the same cancellation policy remains in place for any booking errors.
