ACCOMMODATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS PAYMENT: All reservations must be secured with a valid credit or debit card. Full Payment is required on arrival. If the cardholder is not able to present the card on arrival for verification and payment, they will be required to complete a third party authorisation form in advance. SMOKING: The hotel operates a strict non smoking policy. Designated smoking areas are located at the front and rear of the property. It is against the law to smoke inside the property and will incur a £150.00 penalty. CHILDRREN: Children occupying guest bedrooms must be accompanied by a responsible person over the age of 18 at all times. We reserve the right to request Identification for verification. DINING Guests are kindly requested not to bring Food and Beverage bought outside the hotel into the premises. ANTI SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR Noise disturbance, abusive, threatening or violent behaviour will not be tolerated towards the Team, guests and visitors to the hotel. The Hotel reserves the right to escort any person(s) failing to observe this policy off the premises. PARKING All vehicles and their contents are parked at the owners risk.
