Hotel Policies Check In & Check Out Policy Early-Check in is available from 3.00pm. An early check in & late check out facility can be applied at a £10.00 per hour fee, subject to availability. Management reserves the right to refuse. Cancellation Policy If cancelled or modified more than 48 hours before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged. Payment Policy No deposit will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. Other Policies Pets are not allowed. WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge. Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible). When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Car parking is available for hotel residents, and is allocated on a first-come first-served basis. When booking 9 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplement apply. A contract must be received for the guest who is booking more than 9 rooms.
