Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you need to change your plans. All bookings can be cancelled without charge up to 2pm, 72 hours prior to arrival local time. Cancellation and non-arrival charges apply after 2pm, 72hours before the confirmed arrival date and will be charged to the credit / debit card supplied at the time of the booking. We reserve the right to charge for the full accommodation amount per room booked if the above cancellation requirements are not met. Any rooms, rates or promotions may be subject to bespoke terms and conditions that are different to the above. Please ensure you refer to any terms in the confirmation email relating to your booking. Any rooms booked as part of a 'group' booking (2 rooms or more) will be subject to a 30 day cancellation policy. Any group bookings that cancel within 30 days will be subject to a 50% charge of the full cost of the accommodation. Any group bookings that cancel within 14 days of the booking date will be subject to 100% charge of the full cost of the accommodation.
