Cancellation Policy

Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 1 day before the arrival date/time are without charge. In the case of a cancellation within 24 hrs. or in the case of a no show the full amount of the first nights stay will be charged. For bookings during Chester Races full payment will be taken at the point of booking and is non refundable
