Terms & Conditions

Important: These terms are particularly relevant to existing Cadmore Customers as the business has changed. Arrival: check-in between 3pm -7pm, If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, we ask that you contact us in advance. During check in hours a member of staff will be on site to assist. Please note: No check in available after 10pm unless by prior arrangement with hotel directly. Force majeure: Whilst we try and have all rooms ready by 3pm there maybe occasions where, due to circumstances beyond our control, there may be some delay. Cadmore Lodge reserves the right to change your room if circumstances dictate that the room is non-operational, and we cannot guarantee the room as booked but we do our utmost to facilitate the booking. The front door is open until midnight if you are going out late during your stay outside the hours of 07:00 to 00.00 please ensure you make the reception team aware upon check in. Food: Strictly No Food to be consumed in the bedrooms, a charge of £20 per room will be applied on checkout if this policy is ignored. Please note: you may consume your takeaway in the bar or picnic area, however you are responsible for your own rubbish removal. Continental Breakfast is served from 8am to 10am only, if you wish to have an earlier option please email us directly info@cadmorelodge.com. As an optional extra you can have a hot cooked breakfast, currently only available on Saturday and Sunday which is charged in addition to rate including free continental breakfast, please enquire with reception team upon arrival should you wish to have this option. There are no room charges available at Cadmore Lodge B&B, we are a cashless operation, and all goods and services are pay as you go by card only. Departure: Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 10.30am on the day of departure, please leave your key in the locker in the kiosk. Lost keys are charged at £100 per room. We reserve the right to charge for any damage or loss of property from your room, such as TV remotes, towels, hair dryers etc. All rooms are checked prior to your arrival to ensure that all items are in place. These charges will be made to your stored card made for your booking. Should you cause any accidental damage to your room during your stay, please report this to reception or bar staff during normal working hours.
