Our 'Good' rooms are all located on the ground floor; Polstead is a fully accessible bedroom, including a level wet room. Each room features a king size bed, TV, tea and coffee making facilities and walk-in shower.

Our 'Better rooms' include a TV, and tea and coffee making facilities. Mistley is an upstairs bedroom with super king bed, a bathtub and walk-in shower. This bedroom has a skylight creating a light and airy feel. There is a large window, however, Mistley does not have a view.

Our 'Even Better' rooms feature a luxury en suite with separate bathtub and walk-in shower. Flatford is also an upstairs bedroom with super king bed and includes a seating area.
