Cancellation Policies • For direct bookings we operate a 48 Hours cancellation notice period * For Travel Agents (Booking.com and Expedia) bookings we operate a 5 day cancellation policy * "Early Bird" Advance Non-Refundable Purchase Rates - A full, non-refundable prepayment is required at booking. No date changes will be permitted, and no refunds will be issued for cancelled reservations, no-shows, or early departures. • Multiple or Group reservations: between 4 to 14 rooms – 14 days cancellation and over 15 rooms -28 days’ notice - Any date changes ; Early check out or cancellations are to be fully chargeable if requested within the relevant policies • Christmas and New Years’ Eve Packages – minimum 30 days’ notice required • No Shows – Chargeable in full
