Payments; The Hotel reserves the right to charge the nominated Credit/Debit Card submitted as a guarantee within 72 hours of arrival. Deposit policies: For ALL reservations that exceeds £300 – 10% deposit to be taken at time of booking which will be refundable if cancelled when complying with their relevant cancellation policy Early Bird – Non-refundable Offer – Fully prepaid at time of booking with no date changes nor free cancellations permitted Deposit Policy for Third Party Website Bookings: Please note that reservations made through a 3rd Party Website will be charged if cancelled within 5 days of arrival Advance Non Refundable Purchase Rates - A full, non-refundable prepayment is required at booking. No date changes will be permitted and no refunds will be issued for cancelled reservations, no-shows or early departures. Extra beds; Any additional beds will be chargeable at £35.00 inc VAT per bed per night. Baby cots are chargeable at £10.00 inc VAT per cot per night. (All subject to availability) Family Pets; We take pride in being incredibly dog friendly, we do have pet friendly allocated rooms, details available on request. - Dogs are charged at £15.00 inc. VAT per night per dog. Pet owners are responsible for any damages to guest’s rooms or public areas or noise disruption to other guests during their stay and will be charged for any refunds or damage. An additional nights room charge will be applied should additional deep cleaning of your room be required. The Hotel reserves the right to apply damage costs in the event of necessary deep cleaning, replacements, missing appliances or repairs of damage to the room after you have vacated. Dinner Bed and Breakfast Packages - Includes a Full cooked or Continental breakfast and a Three Course Dinner *1 x Starter 1x Main and 1x Dessert - Drinks are not included * Supplements may apply for selected dishes * Extra sides and courses will be charged extra Check-in; Guests check-in is from 15:00hrs (1 pm Early Check In option available - Extra charges will apply) Check-out; Guests check-out is latest 11:00hrs (1 pm Late Check Out option available - Extra charges will apply) * Please note the property is not manned by trained staff overnight and may not be suitable if you require assistance in case of emergency evacuation.
