All tariffs are subject to change without prior notice. All special offers must be quoted at time of booking and do not apply to existing reservations. During high season and over bank holiday weekends there may be a minimum requirement of a two night stay. A minimum deposit of £50.00 per room will be required at time of booking and is non refundable. All B&B rates include a buffet breakfast. All special offers and packages promoted by and booked via 3rd party partners will detail within their own t's & c's the inclusion or not of cooked breakfast and evening meals/dining credit. Combe House Hotel's own Dinner Bed & Breakfast (DBB) packages, promoted via our website and booked directly include a £35 per person, (£70 per room) per day evening dinner credit as applicable within the offer. Unused dining credit cannot be rolled over to subsequent days. Any unpaid bills will be charged to the credit / debit card used to confirm and guarantee any reservation when booking. Gift Vouchers can only be used for regular hotel accommodation rates or in our restaurant, they are not valid for use in conjunction with any 'Special Offers'.
