TERMS & CONDITIONS Our Terms and Conditions are for the benefit of all guests. As such we are receptive to your individual needs. Where these do not impact the pleasure of others we will seek to entertain your request. Check in and Check out Our check in time is from 2pm until 10pm. Check out is by 10am. By prior arrangement we are happy to store your luggage. On the day of departure we kindly ask all guests to vacate their rooms by 10:00am (Unless a later departure is stated as part of your booking). Late checkout after this Time can be requested subject to availability and will be charged at an hourly rate At the discretion of the hotel. Parking We seek to offer free parking for the duration of your residential stay at CHH. We have ample parking – however there availability is not guaranteed. Cars and their contents are parked entirely at the owners’ risk. Payment You will be asked to provide a credit card (or debit card) at the time of the Booking To secure your reservation. Where a deposit or full payment is required in advance; By Booking you are authorizing the debiting of the card provided. We accept the following methods of payment: Credit Cards: American Express, MasterCard Visa Debit Cards: Visa / Delta and Visa / Electron. A debit / credit card used must have an expiry date that is valid after the date of stay. The Guest must pay all outstanding charges on departure from the Hotel.
