Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION & CHARGES - In the event that you need to cancel a booking, The County Hotel reserves the right to impose a cancellation charge. - Cancellations made within 48 hours of your arrival day will be charged at 100% of the reservation. - Cancellations or amendments should be communicated through the booking agent you made your reservation through. If you booked direct call us on 01524 732469 and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements. - In the event of non-arrival, the card used to secure the booking will be charged at 100% of the reservation. - Please note the cancellation policy may vary depending on the booking agent.
