Cancellation Policy

Advanced non-refundable rate A full, non-refundable prepayment is required at booking. No date changes will be permitted and no refunds will be issued for cancelled reservations, no-shows or early departures. Direct Bookings policy (made via our website) All non-advanced standard (non-package) bookings offer free cancellation up to 48 hours of your booking date with no deposit required. Third Party Bookings For bookings made via a third party (eg. Booking.com/Hotels.com/Expedia), free cancellations can be made up to 5 days in advance. Group Cancellations For Group reservations of five bedrooms or more, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of your accommodation charge, if cancelled 14 days or fewer before your scheduled arrival. No Shows Guests who do not arrive or depart prior to their confirmed departure date will have the full accommodation charge billed to the Credit/Debit Card used to secure the reservation.
