Damage Costs The Hotel reserves the right to apply damage costs in the event of necessary deep cleaning, replacements, missing appliances or repairs of damage to the room after you have vacated. Night Staff The property is manned by trained staff overnight, to contact the night porter please dial 0 on the in- room phone. Fire Safety Please let us know in advance if you may require assistance in case of emergency evacuation, so that we can make necessary arrangements for the duration of your stay, including completing personal evacuation plan at the time of your check-in. Non-smoking We operate a no smoking policy throughout the venue. Pets Pet owners are responsible for damage to guest rooms or public areas. Pet owners are responsible for noise disruption experienced by other guests during their stay and will be charged for any refunds or damages incurred because of their pet’s behaviour. An additional night’s room charge will be applied should additional deep cleaning of your room be required. Service Charge Aragon places a discretionary service charge to all food and beverage charges made during your stay. Travel Insurance In case of unforeseen circumstances that may result in the need to cancel your trip, we highly recommend our guests to obtain a personal travel insurance. House Rules It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premise. Only residents of the hotel may be present in the hotel outside of opening hours. The Management has the right to request any guest vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In this instance, the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her. Nothing hereinabove shall continue or be deemed to constitute, or create any tenancy or sub- tenancy, or any other right to interact in the hotel premises or any part of portion thereof, in favour of any Guest or resident or visitor, and the Management shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession of the whole of the hotel premises. Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out going to bed. The Management is not responsible for any loss or damage to Guest's belongings or any other property from either the hotel room or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever, including theft.
