In case of unforeseen circumstances that may result in the need to cancel your trip, we highly recommend our guests to obtain a personal travel insurance. Cancellation Policies: Direct Bookings: In the event of cancellation within 48 hours or less, before your scheduled arrival, the full charge of your accommodation shall be chargeable, at the confirmed rate as stated in the reservation confirmation. (Booking.com and Expedia) Deposit Policy for Third Party Website Bookings: Please note that reservations made through a 3rd Party Website will be charged if cancelled within 5 days of arrival. Guests who simply do not arrive or depart prior to their confirmed departure date will have the full accommodation charge billed to the Credit/Debit Card used to secure the reservation. For Group reservations of five bedrooms or more, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of your accommodation charge if cancelled 14 days or fewer before your scheduled arrival. "Early Bird" Advance Non-Refundable Purchase Rates - A full, non-refundable prepayment is required at booking. No date changes will be permitted, and no refunds will be issued for cancelled reservations, no-shows, or early departures. Christmas and New Years’ Eve Packages – minimum 30 days’ notice required
