Damage Costs The Hotel reserves the right to apply damage costs in the event of necessary deep cleaning, replacements, missing appliances or repairs of damage to the room after you have vacated. Night Staff Please note the property is not manned by trained staff overnight and may not be suitable if you require assistance in case of an emergency evacuation. Please let us know if you have any special requirements and we will assess if these can be met or suggest alternative accommodation. Non-smoking We operate a no smoking policy throughout the venue. Pets Pet owners are responsible for damage to guest rooms or public areas. Pet owners are responsible for noise disruption experienced by other guests during their stay and will be charged for any refunds or damages incurred because of their pet’s behaviour. An additional night’s room charge will be applied should additional deep cleaning of your room be required. Travel Insurance In case of unforeseen circumstances that may result in the need to cancel your trip, we highly recommend our guests to obtain a personal travel insurance.
