Cancellation Policy

Advanced non-refundable rate A full, non-refundable prepayment is required at booking. No date changes will be permitted and no refunds will be issued for cancelled reservations, no-shows or early departures. Direct Bookings policy (made via our website) All non-advanced standard (non-package) bookings offer free cancellation up to 48 hours of your booking date with no deposit required. Third Party Bookings For bookings made via a third party (eg. Booking.com/Hotels.com/Expedia), free cancellations can be made up to 5 days in advance. Group Cancellations For Group reservations of five bedrooms or more, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of your accommodation charge, if cancelled 14 days or fewer before your scheduled arrival. No Shows Guests who do not arrive or depart prior to their confirmed departure date will have the full accommodation charge billed to the Credit/Debit Card used to secure the reservation. House Rules It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premise. Only residents of the hotel may be present in the hotel outside of opening hours. The Management has the right to request any guest vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In this instance, the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her. Nothing hereinabove shall continue or be deemed to constitute, or create any tenancy or sub- tenancy, or any other right to interact in the hotel premises or any part of portion thereof, in favour of any Guest or resident or visitor, and the Management shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession of the whole of the hotel premises. Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out going to bed. The Management is not responsible for any loss or damage to Guest's belongings or any other property from either the hotel room or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever, including theft.
