Damage Costs The Hotel reserves the right to apply damage costs in the event of necessary deep cleaning, replacements, missing appliances or repairs of damage to the room after you have vacated. Accessibility All rooms are accessed by spiral stairs which are uneven and steep in parts due to the historic age of the building. Please do let us know in advance as the access is not always suitable for guests with mobility issues Noise We are located at the top of the high street nd although we try to do what we can to limit noise, we cannot help the street noise. Ear plugs are available from the bar on request. Night Staff Please note the property is not manned by trained staff overnight and may not be suitable if you require assistance in case of an emergency evacuation. Please let us know if you have any special requirements and we will assess if these can be met or suggest alternative accommodation. Non-smoking We operate a no smoking policy throughout the venue. A damage fee is payable if guests are found to be smoking in the rooms. Pets Pet owners are responsible for damage to guest rooms or public areas. Pet owners are responsible for noise disruption experienced by other guests during their stay and will be charged for any refunds or damages incurred because of their pet’s behaviour. An additional night’s room charge will be applied should additional deep cleaning of your room be required. Travel Insurance In case of unforeseen circumstances that may result in the need to cancel your trip, we highly recommend our guests to obtain a personal travel insurance.
