Cancellation Policy

For non-refundable rates, payment is charged to the card provided at the time of booking. Cancellation and modification is not permitted unless booked during an offer period where restricted changes are permissible. Flexible rates can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to check-in with no penalty. Flexible rate bookings cancelled within the 24 hour window prior to check-in will be charged the cost of the first night of the stay.
