Our Cosy Double rooms are all with ensuite shower rooms. Facilities include TV with Freeview, welcome tray (with tea, coffee, biscuits etc.), hairdryer and telephone. If required, rooms 1 and 2 can be used together as adjoining rooms via an additional door from the passageway..

Our family room has a single bed and a king-size bed, with an ensuite bathroom which has a bath with shower above. This bedroom is on the first floor of our inn and can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child.

This Family Room is on the first floor and maintain the roomy luxury of the Lodge. With a large shower room and plenty of practical touches, this room is perrfectly suited to longer stays, and those guests looking for that little bit extra. This room can sleep 2 adults and 2 children. All rooms feature free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV, and considerable living space.

Our King Size Doubles are spacious rooms with King Size beds, large ensuite bathrooms with a walk in shower or shower over the bath. Facilities include a comfortable easy chair, Flatscreen TV with Freeview, welcome tray, hairdryer and telephone.

Our Super King Rooms are located above The Restaurant in the main Inn building. These are larger rooms all with ensuite bathrooms sporting a bathtub with shower above. They are equipped with all the features of our King bedrooms with extra room and king-sized beds as standard.

Our newest and most luxurious accommodation sits in the eaves of The Lodge.  A spacious and airy space with views of the Old Vicarage and surrounding Kelbrook countryside, The Loft Suite comprises of a large combined bedroom and living space with adjoining private bathroom.  A Super King Size bed sits comfortably in the room with ample desk space, fitted wardrobes, and dressing area adjacent to a comfy sofa and 50 inch Smart TV, comprising the lounge area.  The spacious bathroom has a large wet room style shower, full sized bathtub heated mirror with bluetooth enabled speaker and mood lighting.

Our superior twin bedrooms are located in our lodge and are great for couples or friends traveling together. Each room has an ensuite bathroom with shower facilities. Facilities include a flatscreen TV with Freeview, welcome tray, hairdryer and telephone.

Our Standard Twin bedrooms are slightly smaller than our Superior twin rooms. Perfect for couples and friends traveling and wanting their own beds and space.

This spacious ground floor room is situated in the lodge. It is fully equipped for disability access, with a large square shower room and a spacious bedroom area. The room includes built-in wardrobes, desk space, ironing facilities, and a flat-screen TV.
