Cancellation Policy

Policies • Just give us 48 hours notice and no charge will be made. • If we have an enforced closure or we continue in Tier 3, you will of course have no cancellation charges, no matter what notice period. • We will take no deposit and while your credit card details will be required to secure your booking the only time you will be charged will be when you stay or if you cancel less than 48 hours before. • If we are forced to close there will be no charge in any circumstances.​ Children and extra beds • All children are welcome. • All children under 16 years are charged GBP 12 per night for extra beds. • The maximum number of extra beds in a room is one.
