Refundable Security Deposit Security deposit of £20 per room is required on arrival. (The total amount of deposit varies depending on the size of the group, date of the booking and length of stay). The deposit will be taken as a sale on check in and then refunded after check out once housekeeping have signed off your room and/or breaching of our house rules. Please note that all guests must be 18 years and over. Only guests included in the booking are permitted into the apartment. Early Check In & Late Check out We do not offer this service. Guest Identification The lead booker is required to show photo identification and the card they used to secure the reservation with upon check-in. All other guests in the rooms are to give their names. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Noise Pollution Policy Any breaking of the house rules or noise complaints can result in additional charges being made or security deposit being retained. Smoking: Duke St Boutique is strictly none smoking. Any guests who are found to be smoking, or any evidence of smoking, in the apartments will result in the security deposit being retained. Extra Guests CCTV 24hr Monitoring with Voice activation If any extra guest are found in the rooms other than the number that have booked and paid to stay then the full amount of the security deposit will be retained. CCTV & 24hr security We have 24hr security and during the hours of 8pm to 6am we have hourly security check to all the floors. CCTV is activated on movement and cover the main door and corridors to the apartments. Please respect our building, your neighbours & our house rules.
