Cancellation Policy

In the event you have to cancel your stay with us, you must give us 21 days’ notice prior to your planned stay, to ensure a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit COVID-19 Guests travel to the Cottages & Lodges and enter the properties at their own risk. Any symptoms and transmission of the virus must be reported to the owner and NHS. Self isolation will not be permitted and guests will be asked to leave the property immediately if it is safe for them to do so. Any extended stay will be charged for at the tariff for the relevant week. In line with our COVID-19 policy, in the event that there is travel restrictions in your area which prevents you from going out with your local area or indeed travel restriction placed on Orkney we will endeavour to either rebook your stay with us or return all moneys paid in full Refunds will not be issued to guests who become ill before arrival. In the event of any road closures or travel disruptions due to adverse weather conditions or any form of 3rd party industrial action the Eastbrae Cottages & Lodges cannot be held responsible for non-arrival of guests at the properties and no refunds will be given
