On booking 100% of the first nights room rate will be charged to confirm the booking. Check in 3pm till 10pm Check Out 11am Bar is open from 11am until 11pm, last order at 22.30pm. Please note public areas are closed for the night and guests will be asked to retire to their bedrooms at 11pm. Please contact hotel directly to book a table if you like to have a dinner at The Eltermere. Please note during busy time of the year book in advance to avoid disappointment. Packages & Offers are non transferable and non-refundable The room allocated will be confirmed by e mail if you require a specific room please call the hotel direct. On checkout all bills must be paid in full. The hotel is a completely non-smoking facility. Smoking or vaping is NOT permitted anywhere inside the building. We do not permit minors under the age of 18 to stay alone in our hotel. You must not leave under 18s unattended in any rooms or public areas at any time. Damage to hotel property We reserve the right to charge individual guests or lead guests for the cost of rectifying damage which has been caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless acts of guests to the hotel’s property or structure. If such damage is discovered during the stay it will be drawn to the guest’s attention but if discovered after guests have departed then we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card, or send an invoice for the costs for payment to the registered address. We will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that guests would incur to a minimum.
