Cancellation Policy

Lodge Bookings: -A lodge booking can be held provisionally for a period of 2 weeks. 50% of the lodge balance is require after this time to secure your booking. -A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of 50% is due at the time to secure your booking, followed by the remaining balance 4 weeks before the hire date. If the balance is not received by the due date then we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your booking, your deposit will be retained. If you cancel within 1 month all monies paid and due will be retained.  Wedding Terms and Conditions: -All wedding lodge bookings can be held provisionally for a period of 2 weeks. A £50 deposit is required after this time to secure the booking. -50% of the full balance is due 12 months before your arrival date, this is a non-transferable and non-refundable payment. The remaining balance due in full four weeks prior to event. In the unfortunate events that you need to cancel, all monies paid and due will be retained. If any cancellations occur within 3 months of your arrival date, the full balance will be owed.
