All bookings are subject to our cancellation policy. Any group booking for more than 4 rooms may be subject to a non-refundable deposit - please email us to confirm terms for your group booking at the time of booking. No pets are allowed - exceptions: guide dogs for the blind and assistance dogs for the deaf - but please notify us at the time of booking so that we can assign a suitable room. Guests are permitted to use our car park for a small daily charge of £10 subject to availability on a first come first served basis. Payment cards may be checked to confirm that your card details are valid; if rejected, we reserve the right to cancel your booking, notifying you of same. We may bill cards during the 24 hours prior to your arrival - this combines efficient administration, with protection of revenue (some cards fail on the day, with guests not arriving), and complies with the cancellation policy; more than 24 hours notice of cancellation is required. In UK law, smoking is not permitted inside business premises. A fee may be levied if you break this rule, to cover the cost of extra cleaning and possible cost of relocating a guest where the room continues to smell of smoke.
