Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions apply for all services by the hotel. The hotel is obligated to perform the services ordered by the customer and agreed to by the hotel. The customer is obligated to ay the hotel the agreed prices for services enlisted. This also applies for hotel services and expenses induced by third parties. The agreed prices include statutory VAT. The hotel is entitled to ask for a security deposit or advance payment from the customer. Booked rooms are available from 15:00 hrs or earlier upon request at a chargeable rate, rooms can be booked into up to 23:00. Check out is 11:00 or later upon request at a chargeable rate. Any damage caused by the customer will be charged in full. Any items removed from the rooms during the customers stay will be charged in full. Customers are liable for any charges incurred during their stay.
