Cancellation Policy

Please Note: Due to Covid-19 we do not take deposits before your stay. Details of our up to date Covid policies can be emailed on request, please contact Relax@glenmorangie.co.uk for further details. By booking with us, you agree that we may add you to our marketing list in order to send news, offers and promotions related to Glenmorangie House. We do not share your details with 3rd parties. If you do not wish to recieve these communications, please tell a member of the team or email us at relax@glenmorangie.co.uk to remove your email from our marketing lists. Terms and Conditions for 2022: Deposit and Cancellation Policy: All bookings require credit/debit card details to secure your booking. No deposit or payment is paid upon booking and you have until 12pm two days prior to arrival to cancel your reservation if required. Cancellation after this period or any non-arrivals will be subject to full charge of your reservation. Should you wish to pay for your account by an alternative payment type, then please let our team know, otherwise, the card on file shall be used to complete your account and settle any additionl outstanding charges.
