Cancellation Policy

Please Note: Due to Covid-19 we have limited rooms. If you would like to stay at the house and would like updates on our policies and procedures and rooms available, please send an e-mail to Relax@glenmorangie.co.uk One of our dedicated staff will add you to our e-mail list for updates. Please note by sending us your e-mail you agree to receiving e-mails from Glenmorangie only, we do not share your e-mails with third parties. 2020 Cancellation policy is varied due to Covid-19 please ask a member of staff. Terms and Conditions for 2021: Deposit and Cancellation Policy: We will ask for your bank card details as a deposit to secure the reservation. We accept most major bank/credit cards. We will not take payment now, but in the case of a no show without at least 48 hours’ notice, we will charge the full price. If you leave the hotel with unsettled bills, we will use the card on file for payment. By giving us your card details to book a room you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Please note that any bookings cancelled within 48 hrs of arrival, will incur a full cancellation charge equivalent to the nightly rate of Bed and Breakfast. Thank you for your co-operation.
