CANCELLATION POLICY If you wish to cancel your booking please advise us as soon as possible. All cancellations must be put in writing either by letter or email. For most bookings: Cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival can be transferred to an alternative date, except for Bank Holiday periods when 30 days notification is required, and for Group Bookings (3 rooms or more) require 30 days cancellation notice. Please contact the Hotel for further details. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival or if in the case of a no show will be charged the full amount. Please Note: Bank Holiday bookings require a 30 day notification of cancellation. We strongly recommend that holiday insurance be taken out. Guests booking on a Dinner, Bed & Breakfast rate will be charged that rate even if dinner is not taken.
