1. Payment will be taken upon arrival at the property 2. Credit card details will be taken upon check-in as security, including if you have chosen to pay for accommodation by cash 3. All our guest bedrooms are non-smoking. A cleaning fee of £100 will be charged if your room has been smoked in or vaped in 4. All outstanding bills must be settled before departure. The credit card provided upon arrival will be charged for any outstanding balance; damage or additional cleaning charges 5. Accepted method of payments: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Cash in £ sterling 6. The card used for payment must be present, unfortunately we cannot accommodate keyed card transactions 7. Check in time is 3pm, check out time is 10.30am. Early check-in and late check-out are available subject to availability 8. International guests. All guests staying from a non UK or Commonwealth residential address staying at the pub are required to leave details of their passport including nationality, place of issue and passport number 9. There are no on-site parking facilities at our properties due to the constraints of the locations. Please contact the property directly for local parking options. 10. Room Keys. All room keys must be returned on check-out. If you fail to do so, we may charge you for a replacement key or lock as required. In the event that a key is not returned after check-out we request customers to contact the pub to make arrangement for keys to be returned 11. All guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times and adhere to pub license 12. Terms and conditions may be subject to change 1 Introduction - 1.1 You may access many areas of the Website without registering your details with us. Certain areas of the Website are only open to you if you register. 1.2 By accessing any part of the Website, you shall be deemed to have accepted these terms in full. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must leave the Website immediately. 1.3 The Company may revise these terms at any time by updating this posting. You should check the Website from time to time to review the then current terms, because they are binding on you. You may be asked for ID to prove your age if you look under 25 11.2 The manager reserves the right to refuse service and their decision is final 11.3 This offer can be withdrawn at any time without notice 11.4 If the drink requested is unavailable a similar alternative will be offered 11.5 The offer is for 2 winter long or sparkling drinks from our list for £10 between 4pm and 7pm Monday to Friday 11.6 No voucher is required Cancellation Policy Policy Summary The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel after reservation and the total price if they cancel in the 2 days before arrival. Prepayment Summary The guest will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price after reservation and the remaining amount in the 2 days before arrival. Be aware that this is a two-part payment – the first installment can be charged at the time of booking, and for the second installment refer to your cancellation policy.
