Cancellation Policy

Cancellations - Made via a 3rd Party Agent - eg. booking.com, laterooms etc. Please refer to your agent confirmation regarding cancellations & pre-payments. In most cases the full charge will be taken from your card after booking and rates are non-refundable. Cancellations - Direct Bookings For bookings of less than 3 rooms In most cases a deposit will not be required. If your booking is for a bank holiday weekend or Saturday evening then full payment is required 48 hours in advance of your stay. If you cancel Your Booking within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time on the date of arrival as printed on Your Booking Confirmation You will be charged the full amount of Your booking, including any Booking Extras. Promotional Vouchers Any bookings covered by a promotional voucher will be non refundable or amendable once booked. Cancellation will forfeit any voucher as per its terms and conditions. Group Bookings If your booking is for 3 rooms or more, it will be classified as a group booking and the deposit policy here will apply. A non refundable deposit equivalent to £30 per room per night will be charged at the time of booking. The full balance is due 7 days prior to arrival. If you cancel Your Booking within 7 days of the time of check in a full charge will be made for any cancelled rooms as part of the group booking. You agree that the accommodation business named above can contact You to arrange payment of the balance outstanding on the Booking should card details held decline. If You need to cancel Your Booking more than 7 days before the scheduled check-in time no refund of deposit is possible. Please remember this only applies to bookings of 3 rooms or more.
