Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 pm 1 day prior to the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled after 2 pm 1 day prior to the date of arrival, or in case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation booking will be charged. To make a cancellation please email your request to stay@hareandhoundsnewbury.co.uk Group Cancellation Policy (applicable on bookings of 5 rooms or more) Group reservations can be cancelled without charge up to 8 weeks prior to the date of arrival. Full payment for group bookings is required 8 weeks prior to the date of arrival. Reservations cancelled or amended within 8 weeks to the date of arrival will incur the full charge of the total reservation booking including any taxes.
