Cancellation Policy

The guest agrees to pay charges to The Mitre in the event of cancellation of the booking without 24 hours prior notice or if the guest and/or their guests fail to take up the booking at the time and on the day specified in the agreement. If cancelled up to 24 hours before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night of your stay will be charged. All cancellations must be sent in writing be either email or letter (recorded delivery) to ourselves and we will confirm receipt of this when received. Please note that a reservation is a legally binding contract and we do urge you to take out travel insurance at the time of the booking.
